Flora Place is a tree-lined parkway at the heart of the historic Shaw Neighborhood. Long renowned for its picturesque landscapes and beautiful grand homes, there are few places in any city that offer the aesthetics and pleasantries of the quiet living offered in the urban parkway. Set within it is the Flora Project as we Scarlettans call it. A three-story tile-roofed foursquare home receiving a top-to-bottom renovation. Prospective homebuyers needn't get excited about this grand lady, she is spoken for. The renovation is being done with the guidance of those that will occupy it and therefore is sure to see the most discerning of touches added. However, it is of course being done with the strictest adherence to historic restoration guidelines because...that is what we do best. This project got underway June 23rd of '08, so join us on our journey as we bring to life and "re-innovate" another fantastic historic home.
